I was not sure about the new way of doing Word. I use Apple Products, in the past there might of been some confusion, not now. Woks great and I have everything I need no matter what laptop, iPad, or iPhone. Very easy, works great

Bear in mind Im using Microsoft Word currently on a brand new iPad Pro 12.9 as a longtime Word user on desktop version as well as iPad Air and iPhone 6. First, I cancelled the free trial of Office 365 previously because it offered me no perks on iPad, where I do most of my writing. I liked the look and power approaching the desktop version, I liked the templates, the imported fonts I use, One Drive and Words ability to open on multiple logged-in devices. TODAY, however, I logged in on my new iPad Pro and could not edit my saved docs. Looking at MSWord help, the advice to log out and back in, delete and reinstall, open from One Drive, none of it helped. UNLESS I signed back up for Office 365. So I had to, and make myself a reminder to cancel the subscription at end of January. Microsoft knows this is a bug, but theyve received complaints on it for a year. The other issue of appearance, which a friendly Microsoft associate discussed with me during an online chat on my 12.9" iPad Pro, was Microsoft iOS apps as-yet inability to display more than one page at a time. 2016s iOS allows you to multi-task with either split screens on Safari, or Slide over in several apps. Some apps dont allow it, like Facebook. But with Word, appearance is important. So youve either got 12-point font scrolling down the center of a white highway in landscape mode, or you hit view page-width, and that 12-point font balloons to huge letters. On an iPad Pro 12.9, I want to see smaller letters, which means at least 2 pages side by side. The associate for Microsoft said, after 15 minutes of consulting with other reps, "Were working on it!" "It should come out with the next Word update." Great! It needs to come out now! That is all. Great app with potential to either solidify my user experience, or make me give up this iPad Pro and go back to my previous one, or use something else. None of which I want to do. Come on, Microsoft... or Apple... whoever.
Great app. Use it a ton for writing papers. 5 stars
Its essay to access on any device whether its a phone or laptop. I write essays, letters and even edit my lesson plans on here. It is great best and most used app on my phone.
I like the mobile version. Just wish I had more of the format and typing options that the computer version has. Also, would like an easier way to sync all devices.
I use this app often and so far I love it. Whats better than having word on your phone?
Unable to use multitask function on iPad Pro. The app quits. Writing with Apple Pencil is laggy on large documents.
If you use Word and travel frequently its fantastic.
This app is so helpful. I highly recommend having Microsoft Word.
Im in college and I used word for homework and research all the time.
This app has been great but needs just a few tweaks. Being able to insert symbols would be nice.
The best word-processor for your desktop, laptop, tablet, IPad, and phone.
Very good!
It take a little time to get used to, Its missing some of the things I want Word to do, like remember references.
Free and easy to use. Its nice to do my school work when Im away from home and dont want to carry my laptop. Plus printing is easy. Great app!
