It is pretty impressive the amount of things you can get done through this simplified version of Microsoft Word Desktop.

This app is great for when I dont have my laptop with me. Its amazing what you can do with word and all on your iPhone and iPad. Thank you.

Ive been using Word on Windows for many years. I began using Apple and at first I could not find a comparable software for this system. But, alas I discovered this Word App which functions pretty much the same as Word for Windows. Now Im able to put together several documents easily with totally accessible features! Great stuff!!!

Its an amazing ap... One of the few that maintains many aspects of the full programs.

Since I am a 365 subscriber, I love this app. Access to other drives is nice. MS, keep adding more. This is, as it should be, THE way to work with Word documents on the iPad.

I finished my four year degree writing papers on my phone with Ms Word. Just as I finish you make an update that finished a product that would have made my last four years so much simpler.

It satisfies me.

Beware that you will pay for this, then if there is any problem with security (forget your password, for example) they will insist on your phone number to get back in, and give no other option. I hate companies that fish for my phone number. I wont be using this garbage again. Pages for me all the way.

The feature that to open multiple word files simultaneously has to be added into application expeditiously!!!

The app simply quits at launch. Unusable after last update.

Its impossible to open it - whenever I try to do it, it closes immediately.

Same here! App doesnt work, after I open it, it simply shuts down and nothing can be done. Definitely needs a fix!

First and perhaps most important: it really works. Openning and editing word files with Apples "Page" or other programs was always a problem. Files adited on the iPad, saved with these "competing" tools never looked the same. Most important advantage: openning and editing files with comments and mark-ups. This functionality gave me a chance to say goodbye to my laptop and (still I am on the way almost everyday) saved some kilos from my bag. Disadvantage? Still certain functionalities of word are unavailable. But I am patient.
